  Our newly constructed home was built with your privacy in mind.  The “Dream Inn” has two bedrooms and a large living area with a stone fireplace and all the amenities of a beautiful home.  Outside you can enjoy our large patio, a heated pool and a Weber grill.  Each bedroom includes Tempur-pedic mattress, Bose wave system, Central Air, 27” cable TV and a private bath that will spoil you with a Bain Ultra Masseur tub and rain shower head.  We are minutes away from all that Montauk has to offer.  Miles of beautiful beaches, historic lighthouse, quaint town shops, great golf, fishing, horseback riding, nature trails, and an international health spa just to name a few.

  • Check in time is 3pm - Check out time is 11am.
  • Rates are based on per night double occupancy
  • We accept most credit cards.
  • 50% advanced deposit is required on all guaranteed reservations.
  • Guest must be over 21 years old.
  • Sorry, but there is no smoking or pets allowed.
  • Since we only rent two rooms, cancellations are costly to us.  Therefore, cancellations are non refundable unless accommodations are re-rented for your entire stay.
  • The months of June, September and October there is a two night minimum weekend stay required.
  • During the month of July there is a minimum two night stay required.
  • During the month of August there is a minimum three night stay required.
  • A three night minimum stay is required for all holidays, St. Patrick's parade weekend, & Presidents Day weekend.
  • Prices and minimums are subject to change except where deposits have been received.
  • All rooms are subject to all required taxes.
